Yah Sure to Love!

Suzanne McCord Crawford of Hunterville, NC is the mastermind behind a truly homegrown business that is on the verge of outgrowing its humble confines. Suzanne has been raising her two granddaughters for the past 14 years after their parents died in a car accident. The family matriarch realized as a caretaker, she would need more income to provide for the girls. In 2001, it was suggested at a church function that she should sell her fresh homemade salsa, and to that a business was born. By 2005, Yah's Best Products was a full blown operation with Suzanne's children and their children as official "tasters".

The name originated from Suzanne's granddaughter, Molly who couldn't pronounce "grandmother" when she was young and instead called Suzanne, "Yah Yah". The company has come a long way from Suzanne pulling fresh ingredients directly form her garden. She now specializes in traditional and specialty salsa, seasonings and dips as well as speciality products such as vegetable soups, pickled okra and apple butter. (yum!)
